Scott Schumacher
Certified Massage Practitioner - Reiki Master
I am a 1999 graduate of the Minneapolis School of Massage’s Massage Practitioner program. I have also studied Acupressure, Aromatherapy, and Reflexology at the Saint Croix Center for the Healing Arts. I am an independent Reiki Master, and I teach classes in Reiki (to both groups and individuals). In other education, I hold a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance, and a Master of Arts in Therapeutic Recreation. Currently, I am studying for a second Master’s Degree in Human Development at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
In addition to holistic health, I am extremely interested in the study of conflict resolution, democratic education, sustainability, community building, and ways to bring healing and peace to the world. I am on the board of the Center for Sustainable Living in Northfield, MN, and have previously acted as the programming coordinator for the Northfield People for Peace and Goodwill group.

I fully support the Minnesota Complimentary and Alternative Healthcare Freedom of Access Law, and am an activist-supporter of health freedom legislation in the United States.
I enjoy digital photography, singing, eating organic food, riding my bicycle as much as possible, taking public transit, and learning about ways to reduce my impact on the planet. I grew up in a home in Iowa that had big solar panels on the side of it.
