Policies & Pricing
Pricing for all services:
$60 per hour. $20 each additional half hour.
$45 per hour for Students and Seniors.
NEW!! - $40 per hour for those who Bike, Bus, or Walk (from home or work) to their appointment!
$30 half-hour only appointment.
$10 travel fee for on-site appointments.
Payable in person by cash or check at your appointment or with a credit card or PayPal when booking online in advance.
A sliding scale fee is also available.
Cancellation Policy
To avoid payment of your scheduled session, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to miss an appointment. This policy does not apply to Gift Certificates, Packages, or pre-paid sessions.

Client Bill of Rights
According to Minnesota law, all alternative and complementary therapy clients must read and sign a Client Bill of Rights. You may click here to download my Client Bill of Rights (PDF) to sign and bring to your session, or I will have one available when you arrive.
Clothing and Draping
Before a massage session, you are allowed the privacy to undress according to your comfort level. Some clients prefer to leave underwear on, which is respected as one’s own comfort zone. You will then begin lying either on your back or stomach on a massage table, underneath a draping of linens. Clients are draped with sheets and towels for the entirety of the massage. The linens are adjusted to uncover only the areas of the body that are receiving the massage at the time. Your modesty and privacy is respected at all times. Genital areas and female breasts are covered at all times. If I work on glute muscles, or a long stroke along one side of the body, the center and opposite side of the buttocks are draped as well.
Reiki and Acupressure are performed while fully clothed. Shoes are removed, and loose-fitting clothing is best!
Ethics
While holistic massage, acupressure, and reiki can be relaxing, sensual, invigorating, or even life-affirming, my offerings are strictly non-sexual. Genital areas are covered at all times, and are never touched. During a massage, a woman’s breasts are draped as well. If the client expresses interest in sexual massage or bodywork, displays inappropriate touching, or engages other behavior of a sexual nature, the session will be terminated immediately.
Health, Confidentiality, and Respect
Massage, Acupressure, and Reiki do not constitute or replace medical treatment. Any bodywork provided is a stress reduction and relaxation technique. Treatments administered are only for the purpose of helping one relax, relieve stress, and contribute to overall well-being. Conditions will not be diagnosed, and no prescriptions will be made for medical treatment, or to interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is helpful however, for you to discuss any relevant medical condition with me, so that I may better tailor a session for you. This information is always voluntary, as well as confidential. We all “come as we are”, and my intent is to create a respectful environment for you. As well, I respect your confidentiality and will not share any of your contact information, health information, nor information regarding a session, with any third party without your written consent.
