An hour of massage, utilizing long and flowing strokes to connect the body and bring about relaxation naturally and organically. Or choose an hour acupressure session focusing on head, neck, shoulder, and spinal release. Finger pressure is applied to points along meridians, or energy pathways, of the body.

1.5 hour massage

A full hour and a half of massage and bodywork, taking time to integrate acupressure and massage into the session. More time is allowed for deeper relaxation, and to add more emphasis on releasing the back, neck, shoulders, and spine.
